Returns & Exchanges
- We want you to be completely satisfied with your Vionex purchase.
- If you receive a faulty or damaged product, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as you received it.
- To start a return or exchange, please contact us directly through the channels below with your order details and a video/photo of the issue.

Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed through your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
